this point in time we are in our mid 70s and we both have certain limitations. He was always
sensitive to our needs and flexible and realistic enough to adjust the itinerary daily
as needed. At times we decided to do something different than scheduled. These
changes were always enjoyable. Assaf went above and beyond to make our
daily excursions pleasurable and instructive. He enjoys what he is doing and
therefore you do as well. Assaf is a real mensch. Our next trip back will definitely
be with him. There are only positives with Assaf. We highly recommend him to
all, young and old.

Everything worked out fine and smooth since the beginning - Assaf greeted us with his... read more bright smiley face at the port, a new, modern and comfortable van always picked up and dropped off at the right time / places, Assaf knows how to escape the queues (most sites are jam-packed!) and so we succeeded to visited all major sites per itinerary and can even add some little treats from a delicious local lunch, a Turkish coffee to a Dead Sea mud experience !
Needless to say, he always do his best to enlighten us on the history, culture and religion which are new and overwhelming to us!
Assaf is always enthusiastic, amusing and listening / accommodating to our requests. We all like him very much and agree that he’s so far the best guide we’ve met! BRAVO Assaf! Look forward to seeing you next in Israel!

Assaf has a deep knowledge of the historic and religious significance of all the sites we visited as we traveled through Jaffa, Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, the historic sites around the Dead Sea, etc. We also enjoyed his thoughtful discussion, when prompted, about current Middle East situations and culture.

Assaf introduced us to fascinating and delicious local cuisine, where we were treated as favored guests. At shops and bazaars his advice was welcome, and his negotiation skills were always exceptional.

Assaf’s always-friendly demeanor and broad smile brightened every day. We will strongly recommend him to anyone we know traveling to Israel, and hope to have a chance to explore more of Israel with him in the future.

My first time to Israel and Assaf was more than just a tour guide, he turned out to be a historian, someone who could explain the... read more reason for the political history as well as make it all understandable to an outsider to Israel. We covered a lot ground in just one day but I never felt rushed since Assif took care of every little detail from start to finish. We saw not only the key sites but found some of the best food in the most "off the beaten path" places which made me realize that his expertise also included where the average tourist would not go... overall an amazing experiece, one which I hope to repeat again.
